Healthy Hummus!

In a previous post we told you all about the benefits of chia seeds.  Here is a delicious healthy hummus snack, it takes minutes to make and is jam packed with omega-3, antioxidants & dietary fibre!

1 ½ cups chick peas (soaked over night)
6 artichoke hearts
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp oregano
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp sliced spring onions

Grind the chia seeds in a mortar & pestle until they resemble more of a powder then add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
